Overview of the PAC’s plan for
the 2025-2026 Election Cycle

The current election cycle will be our third cycle in operation. Our experienced Data Team has operated together for five cycles, two of which were as part of the Washoe County Republican Party.

We target the largest voting bloc, which is unaddressed in most campaigns: the voters who register with no major party. 

We campaign only for Nevada State Legislative races to achieve the majority in at least one Legislative House.

We will first select the target races by looking at the registration data and selecting those that need 55% or less of the independent votes to win. Second, we will look at the candidates for their appeal to that bloc of voters. We have initially identified the target races shown below:

Since 2026 is an off-year election, our turnout assumptions are Republicans 70%, Democrats 62%, and Independents 40%.

There is also the potential for a repeat of the 2014 election, which would see a substantial reduction in Democrat and Independent turn-out, which would benefit Republican candidates.

The final targets, one Legislative House, and candidates will be selected once the candidates are chosen.

The campaign will be predicated on three tactics: mailings, social media, and precinct walking. All three will be targeted at Independents and certain low-propensity Republicans down to the precinct level using the PAC’s proprietary data analytics created by our Data Team. Messaging will be developed to support the candidates' strengths.
